What I felt very fresh at GMS is that people in business division and people in technical division work in the same space.

Because I had worked in the environment with only engineers before I joined GMS.

There is atmosphere that we can share with others immediately to consult when we have unknown points and uneasy parts.

Regardless of the role, the seats are comfortably close so we naturally talk about new technologies in each field.

When I look at the data of each country, I feel that what I do as an engineer is useful for society, I constantly think how we can move the developed systems and applications more smoothly and implement.

At GMS, there is an environment that you can challenge if we want, so you can try a new challenge if you want.

My ideal is the engineer who not only write designs and programs but also can think about the products themselves.

My decision to join was the result of considering "technology, environment, business" of GMS.

About technology, I thought that I could challenge in the cutting-edge field IoT.

About the environment, I wanted to work in an environment where data is rising everyday but I couldn't find IoT platform that is running in other companies.

About the business, I sympathized with GMS's philosophy of creating a market that makes people happy, in addition to desire to work at companies that seamlessly hold devices, platforms and operations.

I can grow yourself while touching cutting-edge technology, my own growth leads directly to people's happiness.

I feel that there is not such environment every day.

I am fascinated by the scale of business changing the structure of society by integrating IoT and FinTech and joining GMS.

And, actually at GMS I have many opportunities to launch new services and engage in overseas business, and I work with rewarding while feeling the contribution to society.

Also, as it is a new area, there are many areas where we make by trial and error, and it is also a real pleasure to open a path with excellent members in each field.

I strongly want to think about how to utilize the latest technology and play a part in building a new mechanism in such an environment.
