In other words, if our business development speed is slow, we will delay to raise our customers' living level.

At GMS we have a lot of opportunities even if we are young but have strength.

I would like to set up a business with social significance overseas. With that will, I joined GMS. When I inspected the Philippines, I was really impressed by the people who do not really have work but get a job through the GMS’s service and work vividly and the GMS employees working energetically with the desire to enrich local people and felt the rewarding of this work.

 

At GMS, we all work hard to achieve our philosophy and try for our ideal society.

 

I got the opportunity to challenge in Indonesia, I am promoting localization with the local staff, cutting the lead. Today, I feel that I can make many people happy with the mechanism that I opened up by myself.

I want to help people in need around the world, I want to help them become rich, with such feelings I joined GMS.

At GMS, we solve poverty problems through business.

I felt the enthusiasm that is facing the global important issue while maintaining sustainability as a business, not a government agency or NPO / NGO.

I thought that I would like to work as a member of them and decided to join GMS.

In the near future, I would like to realize the vision of GMS in the vicinity of the site as a person in charge of subsidiary office in overseas.

Some senior staff can be in charge of the overseas business in about a year and I am encouraged to leave it as soon as possible.

Is not it the ideal environment for those who really want to grow to change the world seriously?

During my school days, when I was buying and selling solar lamps for the people of BOP layer, I faced the reality that many of them could not buy the products they wanted.

When I was thinking what should I do to improve the life of the people of BOP layer, I met with GMS which provides Mobility to the BOP layer by multiplying IoT and FinTech, I was impressed that this is exactly what I was looking for.

Currently while I working overseas, I feel that it is extremely difficult to collaborate with partner companies in the unexplored market and do business for the people of BOP.

However, after overcoming difficulties there are their smiles. We can offer opportunities to get out of the BOP.

There are still unlimited countries which expect for GMS.

I am looking forward to working with people who are willing to change the world or want to make a new world that no one has tried, while confronting difficulties.

I had many opportunities to read books about the great men and entrepreneurs' books in the Meiji era since I was a child, so I began to think that 'I will do things.' With such feelings, I had played baseball to become a professional baseball player who gives impression to many people to university days, but the injury caused the dream to collapse.

When I was looking for "something" to drive in the future life, I was impressed to see the people of GMS who are trying to solve social problems abroad and wanted to work together, I joined GMS.

I believe that we can help solve various problems such as poverty, environmental problems, education gap through our service.

I also want to make many people happy through our business and I will strive to make Japan more vibrant.

Salary In accordance with our existing contracts
Holiday and leave Saturday and Sunday off (113 days off in 2018), annual paid leave, special leave for weddings and funerals, maternity leave and childcare leave etc
Working hours From 9am to 6pm (precisely 8 hours)
Flextime for technology department (Core time is from 11am to 4pm * lunch time is from 0pm-4pm)
Insurance Well supplied with health insurance, welfare pension, unemployment insurance and industrial injury insurance
